Knock Out Dance Fitness is a high-energy fusion of dance cardio and kickboxing-inspired movement, all set to music that gets your heart pumping and your confidence soaring. No dance experience is needed, just bring your energy and a smile. This fun, empowering workout offers a full-body cardio burn with easy-to-follow choreography, powerful moves that make you feel strong, and a welcoming, judgment-free space. Let’s dance, sweat, and knock it out together!
IMPORTANT NOTE: March 30 will be held at Sibley Elementary Gym.
