At Tiger Cub Child Care we offer a wide variety of activities to promote children's brain development, including curriculum provided by Creative Curriculum Gold. We are currently licensed to serve up to 44 children at a time in the infant and toddler/preschool classrooms, 16 infants and 28 toddlers/preschool age. The maximum child to staff ratio is 7:1 for toddlers/preschool and 4:1 for infants. Taught by a certified instructor, you’ll discuss challenges we face as drivers, new road designs, vehicle technology, and updates on current laws. MN Statute requires insurance agencies to offer a 10% automotive insurance discount upon completion of an approved 4-hour class. Tests are not given, however each person must register, pay, and participate for the duration of the class to receive a certificate. Upon completion, submit your certificate to your insurance company. To maintain your discount, this course needs to be completed every 3 years. NOTE: Your name, address, phone number, email and birth year will be shared with the Precision Driving Center staff to enter into their database for future assistance in verifying your information. NewAlbert Lea Dance Team Fall Youth Dance CampYouth EnrichmentCalling all K-5th graders who love to dance! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from and dance with members of the Albert Lea Tigers Dance Team! During this fun-filled three-day camp, participants will warm up, stretch, play games, practice dance techniques and skills, and learn a routine to perform. The camp will be taught by ALDT dancers and supervised by the ALDT Booster Club. Final performance details will be shared once they are confirmed. Participants will also be invited to join the ALDT dancers in the ALHS Homecoming Parade, where they will walk alongside the team and help hand out candy. Each dancer will receive a performance T-shirt, decorative hair tie, daily snack, and five hours of instruction and fun. Dancers should wear comfortable activewear and gym shoes, bring a filled water bottle, and arrive at each practice with their hair pulled back and away from their face. Camp schedule:- Wednesday & Friday 4:00-6:00pm- Thursday 4:00-5:00pm - Please note our registration system lists only one time. Refer to the details above for the correct camp times. For the final performance, dancers should wear black shorts and their camp T-shirt. Hair should be pulled back using the decorative hair tie provided at camp. It includes hands-on activities, videos, and discussions to develop essential, real-life readiness babysitting skills. Participants receive an American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training certificate valid for 10 years upon completion.
