Boathouse

***We will hold your equipment reservation up to an hour and a half after the Boathouse opens or a half hour after listed arrival time.***

July 5-August 20
Monday/Wednesday/Fridays 9:00-12:00pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:00-7:30pm
Saturday 8:00-12:00pm

August 21-September 25
Saturday 9:00-12:00pm

Equipment is limited and can only be checked out and paid for online. We will do our best to honor your selection of equipment. PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices) are available or you can bring your own as long as it is Coast Guard Approved.

There will be NO WALK UPS, CASH/CHECK. Cost is $5 per piece of equipment, free for passengers or free with a previously purchased punch pass.

Who should select punch pass?

You have an old punch pass to use. Select PUNCH PASS per piece of equipment you are checking out. You MUST present your punch pass to Boathouse staff when you arrive. If you do not have it along, you will have to reregister and pay the $5 fee to participate.

Who should select passenger?

You are riding as a passenger on any piece of equipment. For example, canoes are $5 to use, only 1 person needs to pay, but everyone in the canoe MUST be registered online and have agreed to the required waivers. 

DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST SATURDAYS WILL BE FREE, COURTESY OF FREEBORN COUNTY SHIP!

EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE A REGISTERATION AND WAIVERS ONLINE, OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE.

Parents/Guardians must complete registration for minors (18 years and younger).
