Helping Your Loved Ones Stay Independent at Home
This class is designed for family members and caregivers who want to help a loved one remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We will discuss practical ways to support daily routines, meal planning, grocery shopping, household tasks, and other independent-living needs. Participants will also learn about helpful resources, planning ahead, and balancing safety and support with a loved one’s desire for independence.
